Room cleaned on a daily basis, good relation quality/price. Staff helpful, breakfast included in the price.
The last day, there was not hot water. They have in offer the possibility of having breakfast before 5 am if you plan to visit Angkor for sunrise, if you let them know about it the night before. However, when we planned to see the sunrise in the temples and despite we were said that we can have breaksfast at 4:30 am, they did not prepare breakfast and th guy who was working in the morning was not aware of that. There was another group with us who experienced the same problem.

It´s a beautiful colonial house with atmosphere. Great staff - very willing to help you, considering your needs not just to rip you off but really help you, flexible - nothing is problem. Even though we check out, when we came back to collect our bags they offer us to take a shower in "our" former room. Great cook there. Everything for very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Located in a quiet area within walking distance of the night life, this guesthouse is not far from the Night Market and near to the hot spot areas in Siem Reap. the spacious rooms offer comfortable beds and some even have balconies. the friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service and are attentive to guests' needs. the breakfast choices are varied and the possibility of free picking up at the bus station is a plus.
The Wi-Fi signal may be weak in certain rooms.

It was the cheapest, the cleanest and most comfortable hotel in our 3 weeks in Thailand and Cambodia. Great staff, big room, reasonable breakfast. And clean like a temple :)
300M you have to walk without asphalt - but acceptable.

Simple but very nice breakfast. Absolutely worth for this money
Location is not perfect. Only 5 minutes walking to the central area, but there are no public lights and road is not covered with tarmac, so in rain can be very dirty

Great value for money! the accommodation was basic but clean, and the location was fantastic. It was just a short walk to Pub Street and all the great eating places in the area. the staff spoke good English and were really helpful and friendly. Another advantage was that they offered bicycle rentals at very reasonable rates, allowing us to explore the city easily.
there was no hot water kettle or cups for making coffee or tea in the room. the room was not made up daily, and towels were only changed upon request.

the staff especially the receptionist Lee is very accommodating...she tried her best to assist me on my daily tour..the room is being clean everyday...they changed bath towels everyday too... just make sure you double check if you book a room with air conditioning or fan only and whether breakfast is included or not...i am lucky that i have a room with AC and with breakfast included for only $7 per night...

For the price we paid, we definitely got great value! The room at Angkor Ruby was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect - right in the center of everything. The staff, especially Eric and David, were exceptional hosts and made us feel like family. They went above and beyond to give us insider tips and ensure we had the best experience in Cambodia.
The menu for breakfast could use some improvement.

I recently stayed at a guesthouse in Siem Reap and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the guesthouse, particularly the day-time worker, were polite and accommodating. They were able to offer great advice on things to see and do in the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. I highly recommend using the tuk tuk drivers recommended by the guesthouse, they were fun and made our time in Siem Reap even more memorable. it was a very enjoyable and pleasant stay.
Nothing to mention. 🙌

The staff is very responsive to the request. They have arranged pick-up as promised and guide to go to the night market and arrange the tuk tuk for Angkor tour the next day. Very efficient, worth of money and in family atmosphere. Thank you Mr. Sok Sunday. My nice said unfortunately she could not find something related to Tom and Jerry.
